Thanks to the microphone down in the stems, the call quality is excellent. The Liberty Air 2 perfectly focuses on your voice, even when there are heavy surrounding noises around you. It makes this Soundcore a great performer for phone calls, Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video conference services.
Happily, the Liberty Air 2 (full review here) handles playing videos and music good too. In music, there's great vocal presentation (also well-suited for podcasts) and a sweet amount of detail from the highs to the lows. Instruments sound lifelike, and there's a nice airiness in the sound as well. The bass has a nice weight to it but doesn't overpower the other notes. Double-tap the button on the right earpiece to activate the noise cancellation, and the Edifier TWS NB takes away buzzes, hummings, and background noise from your surroundings instantly. Claps, slamming doors, and typical home sounds like tea kettles, are all significantly reduced by the Edifier TWS NB. Much more so than the passive noise cancellation of most other wireless earbuds - and better than other ANC wireless earbuds.
The Edifier TWS NB battery is a beast, too. The earpieces last 5 hours with ANC on, and even more than 9 (!) hours with noise cancelling off.
