All reviews, comparisons, and guides on Scarbir.com are honest and independent. This includes my social media outings in audio forums, Discord groups, Reddit, or Twitter. I buy 90% of the audio products I test myself and don't partake in sponsorships or commercial deals with manufacturers. I do everything to test, review, compare and write as honest as possible. Still, it's possible to be wrong sometimes. I am not accountable for mistakes in my articles or social media outings.
Scarbir.com is/ I am in no way under control over your orders and/ or the products you receive. Your product may show differences to the product I've tested, for example because a manufacturer changes the internals in a new iteration of a product, or because your product has a malfunction. Please always contact the seller when you have problems.
While I test and review audio products extensively on all kinds of aspects (sound and connection quality on iPhone and Android, call quality under comparable circumstances indoors and outside), build quality, comfort and fit (based on my ears), battery life (based on my tested playtime), audio-video playback on both iPhone and Android, I can still miss a part in my review, comparisons, or guides, or have a different experience than you have with a product. I am in no way responsible or accountable for your experience with an audio product, for misses in my articles, different perceptions and/ or experiences.
I am not accountable for manufacturing faults or build quality issues with the products you receive.
I am in no way accountable for price changes in products I test, review or compare.
Scarbir.com is/ I am in no way responsible or accountable for the effects/ consequences of my product reviews, whether they are positive or negative.
When I mention the battery life of audio products in my reviews, comparisons, and guides, these are representations of the playtime I achieve with the products when testing them on my iPhone X and Xiaomi Mi A1 Android-device. These devices can use different codecs, which can alter the battery life after a single charge. During playtime, I play music on different volumes, take one or multiple test calls, switch between mono and stereo listening, and sometimes put earpieces in the case again to test connectivity. I don't precisely clock playtime and battery life because of these different tests in between. I am in no way accountable for the playtime and battery life you achieve with an audio product.
When I mention IP/ IPX waterproof ratings of audio products in my reviews, I copy the manufacturer's claim. I can't state if said waterproof rating is justified under the test circumstances that grant the claimed IP/ IPX waterproof rating. I am not accountable for the manufacturer's claim or representing it in my review.
On Scarbir.com, I do my utmost best to give a precise and complete description of an audio product. Still - the fit, comfort, and if you like the sound, are personal matters. Your mileage may vary. If you're unsure whether you should buy an audio product based on my review, it can be wise to select a seller that offers a return policy to your liking. I am in no way accountable for your purchases.
With these disclaimers out of the way, I hope I can help you find your next great audio product on and with Scarbir.com.
Happy listening!
